About the Band

Heather Wild

Heather comes from a very musical family. Her Grandfather was a professional Opera and Theater singer in San Francisco who later taught her vocal techniques and instilled in her a love of musical theater. Her Grandmother played Cello for the San Francisco Symphony. From the age of 3 onwards Heather entered many talent contests and won every one of them.

Heather moved to Louisiana in 2013 and performed professionaly all over the state before returning to California in 2021. She is currently studying Vocal technique at the iHeartMyVoice online school

Heather is always on stage, even when she is not on stage. If it's Pink, Black or Sparkly then its quite likely that she already owns it. No is not a word in her vocabulary.

The rumors that she wrestled Aligators in the swamps of New Orleans are simply rumors, but rumors have to start somewhere don't they?

Heather is as real as it gets. Her face melting vocals will simply blow you away and leave you wanting to hear more.

Ray Otero, Drums

Road Rash Ray as we like to call him has been playing Drums since High School. His fast aggressive style with impecable double kick drum work makes him perfect as one of the Psycho-Delics. Not only does Ray play the drums, he is an accomplished Bass player also. Ray loves all kinds of music and plays all genres from Latin Jazz to Thrash Metal.

Ray is currently playing a recently restored VistaLite set of drums from the 70's. Bonham-esque indeed

Rumors that the Scars on Rays face are from a run in with Animal from the Muppets are of a dubious origin, but remain undisputed.

His Harley is named Apollonia and it has never been anywhere near Lake Minnetonka

Kelly Gillis, Guitar

Kelly , a guitar hero of epic proportions is laying down the groove for us.

Kelly plays Ibanez Guitars and has been a member of Oden Sun, Inner Edge and Skitzo. check out his featured spread in Spin magazine from 2002

Kelly is frequently mistaken for a Sith Lord but Kelly likes to point out that the Sith are only ever in pairs and that playing in a band with four other people should put that rumor to bed once and for all.

Gregg Laubacher , Lead Guitar

As you can see, Gregg likes to get his teeth into things. He has been playing guitar since he was 15 and has the abilty to shred the heck out of anything he plays. Fresh from Studio work with Blessed Curse he is now one of the the Psycho's. Welcome to the Madhouse!!

Gregg now adds his talents to the Psyco-Delics stable and boy are we glad. We don't know any rumors about Gregg, but please tell us any you know.

Chris Saint , Bass Guitar

Chris holds down the bottom end in the band. Originaly from South East London in the United Kingdom he has been in California since 1996.

Chris not only plays Bass but Guitar, Keyboards and Drums. He runs the Foothill Sound Emporium Recording Studio and has recorded and produced many albums and demo recordings for local performers and artists as well as singles for bands in the UK.

Chris was handed a bass by a friend in High School and was told to learn how to play. He has never looked back. Chris spent many years playing Bass for bands in London before moving to California.
